Vinification : after the traditional fermentation, the “foam grip” is naturally made in the bottle thanks to the second fermentation. Aim of patient and attentive cares in particular during the period of aging said “on slats”, every bottle is turned day after day so that the deposit collects in the collar before the disgorgement. This one is then evacuated by cooling and the released volume allows the dosage in Brut style. For this wine, we don’t add any dosage.

Description : due to the ripeness of the Chardonnay,
we obtain a perfect Cremant, whose clear and complex expression is dominated by
a dry but rich fruitiness. Beautiful bright yellow colour.
Food pairing : Delicate and expressive, ideal for feast meals or elegant parties.
