Vinification : Hand picked grapes. Traditional vinification with : Quality splitting up of the musts - alcoholic fermentation under temperature control. Maturing on the lies (yeasts autolysis)

Aging potential : 4 to 6 years

Harvest : Mid October

Age of the vines : 30 years

Description : Steady yellow colour. Very expressive notes of gingerbread. Full and rich, well-balanced from nose to mouth. It is a perfect illustration on a magnificent Alsatian Gewurztraminer. A perfect wine for gastronomy.
Food pairing : Munster cheese, pears-Roquefort-tarte, turbot in sesame crust, sweet-sour Asian dishes, caramelized pumpkin with cinnamon ice, Tajine with Arab Couscous.
