Vinification : destimming grapes, then 3 weeks maceration, smooth pressing of the grapes with a drastic juices selection. Malo-lactic fermentation and maturing in oak barrels for 8 to 12 months

Description : Shining in a crimson red with ruby red reflexes, the first nose offers marvellous flavors of strawberry jam, juicy blackberries, dark elderberries as well as notes of autumn leaves and soil, with a delicious hint of white pepper and roses. With some air spicy notes of bell pepper appear, while the ripe tannins feel pleasant, round and smooth on the palate. This matches excellent and harmoniously with the ripe fruity acidity and still lightly crisp minerality. The gutsy spicy finish shows a perfect impression of this classical Pinot Noir of the outstanding vintage 2010.
